      young energetic workforce, fast-paced environment, great products to represent, opportunities for growth are prevalent, financial resources are sufficient to do the job

      stress level is high, ownership is very involved in every decision made, privately held and in a period of progression from ownership of one generation passing on the company to the next

      Okay salary, fun job, great coworkers

      Cons

      HR didn’t want to help when I requested accommodations after I started suffering from heart problems. Kept delaying the process and asking for more information from my doctor, even when I had sent them a letter from my doctor stating my diagnosis. Btw, I wasn’t sick before I got this job, lack of rest, junk food, and not being able to take my medication on time because of the schedule were the reasons I got sick in the first place.
