No overtime pay dispite 48 hour work week Wage theft Management lies- was promised raise when I was going to quit, took week off at home, stupidity came back to work, no raise (used up my grandma's Christmas money to fly back to work too) They don't tell you who your union rep is One guy at work was openly racist and dispite being reported multiple times, still got to keep his job

Career opportunities if you are a fighter. The company promotes within, but only if you inquire about opportunities and if you know about them.

Cons

No career plans for any employees or positions. Dedicated employees are constantly looking for opportunities to improve, but the company does not invest to develop internal talent. Mid and upper management control instead of delegate.

-Travel the United States and sometimes the entire world. -Great people/ environment/ fun being in different cities every week -If you are young or do not have the education to qualify for better jobs this can be a fantastic opportunity. -Work on commission. Your $25-60$ hotel rent for the week can be paid as a bonus by your boss

Cons

-Work Longggggg hours for no overtime. -Sales system works like a pyramid where the top "operators" make large sums of money, while the lower workers hover around minimum wage. -Terrible corporate management; They do not care about their employees/ Recently cancelled insurance for sales force, and are constantly lowering commissions while they make more money every year. -Weekly Drug Testing of employees. 25% of people eventually get fired for smoking weed
