Pros

This company is a decent place to start. The office (Palmetto) is a nice office- basic cubicles and then bigger offices for the directors and other top management. There is security at the gate. The company does company events a few times a year. A basic office atmosphere. Everyone helps in their own way to get these shows up and running and entertaining thousands of people.

Cons

Depending on your department, things can be a bit disorganized and salaries are pretty low if you're not a director or someone with authority. There are people here who will work really long hours to get everything done....not sure how work and life are balanced in some of the departments.
