Pros

You get to travel and free tickets to the show but, the pros end there.

Cons

I've never worked for a company where you work for 80-120 hours a week and only get paid for 40. Management doesn't care at all about their travelling personnel we get treated horribly. You can work 15 shows in a row and they don't give you any food or water. You are charged for room rent, stand rent, uniforms, heaven forbid you lose a name tag. On top of that you have taxes deducted from every state you visit. International side is better but, not by much. I wouldn't wish this job on anyone. You only get paid when you work too so if they give you a "salary" don't ever think you will reach it, not even close. This review is for travelling employees. At corporate offices they have it a little better.

Pros

Cool brands to work on -aside from that not much

Cons

I wanted to write this review because I wished someone had warned me about what you're getting yourself into at this hell hole. Terrible work environment, no work like balance, upper management doesn't know how to manage and they treat you with no respect. Constant turn over, especially in the north east region-If you see a positive comment about this company its not from anyone who works out of the NYC office. Don't get caught up in looking at the name of the brands and live entertainment- trust me it's not worth it. There is a reason why no one has lasted more than 9 months under their directors. Everyone who is currently working there as managers are all miserable and looking for a way out. Upper management constantly contradicts themselves so your left to try and figure out what they really want from you. Do not work for this company unless you want to be miserable and mistreated everyday.

Pros

Peers are remarkably talented in their fields. Production compiles fantastic material, all shows are operated and choreographed diligently, safely and creatively, and, from what I know, the sales/marketing teams delivers their regions a product that has been nothing but a success. They'll never not be a success.

Cons

Upper management clearly holds back on advancement until employees are so disgruntled they threaten to leave, do leave, or fall prey to the "everyday is a bad day" mentality. For the quality of work, let alone the sheer amount of work produced, if everyone were compensated a hair more generously, the company would thrive both in and outside of the office. Knowing how much money is brought in, there should be more given to those that are there from the ground floor. Although I would recommend working here, a person would need to endure lackluster delegation and an ultimately unsatisfying experience with other departments.
