Pros
This is a great place to work to get a good start as a graphic designer and learn all about the print process or promotions or timelines/deadlines. But also keep in mind Disney etc. are not super “creative.” So if creative design is what you’re after…maybe consider an ad agency? This is in house design.
Cons
- Repetitive design work - Lack of creativity as Disney / Ringling etc. already have standards for how they want their characters, even their fonts to look.
