      Pros

      Exciting environment, work from home, travel is fun, people are awesome, events are cool, lots of experience a place to make some decent money.

      Cons

      High expectations, work around the clock, lots of travel, lots of mundane tasks and paperwork, some management does not believe in the positions they're in.

      Pros

      You get tickets to the shows they produce and everyone will think you have a cool job. Healthcare is the best around (which is the only reason good people stick around). Really good PTO policy.

      Cons

      There is no appreciation of good workers. The pay is horrible and raises are scarce if ever. Not much room for advancement. It's really hard to get fired, which means you have a lot of bad/lazy employees around you while the good ones move on. It's a total boys club and very misogynistic environment.
