      Pros

      - Little day to day micromanaging. - Mostly friendly, harassment free, professional environment. - Brand/sponsor recognition.

      Cons

      - During busy season (months and months on end), incredibly taxing hours. No overtime pay. - Horrendous salary with annual raises that don't even keep up with inflation or taxes. - CorporateThink is in high gear.

      Fun environment, travel opportunities, growth within the company, being able to work full time as a performer.

      time-off can be hard to get while on tour.
