      Pros

      You get the opportunity to travel the world for work...that is the best perk!! You also have the opportunity to earn frequent flyer miles

      Cons

      Travel days could be long Entertainment world is unpredictable - so show could cancel at anytime then you are not getting a paycheck. State side does "bus and truck" so you have to like close quarter living When traveling by air - you encounter the challenges that go with TSA and airports in general.

      As a company, Feld promotes creative thought problem solving and keeps the employees focused and happy.

      Cons

      They are sometimes slow in adopting latest technology. Salaries are on the lower end of average for the industry.

      Great product - you're selling fun! Excellent growth opportunities if you find the company early in your career and are willing to put in the hard work and sacrifice required, i.e. long hours, weekend work, moving. Surrounded by amazing and talented people Travel opportunities Good on-the-job training and experience working with industry leading brands

      HR support can be lacking, you can at times feel like a burden rather than an asset Privately owned company so practices can be different than a public corporation, i.e. advancement not necessarily provided to the most qualified
