Pros

For Ohio, the pay ain't too bad, traveling was alright. I think if you want to get into product management/consulting this actually isn't a bad place to start.

Cons

Old software, BORING industries your working with manufacturers that make..... windows.

Starting salary is high for fresh grads

Cons

PTO, overtime on weekdays and weekends, some managers are worse than others, not a ton of room for growth if you don't want to be a PM
