Pros
Employees here will go above and beyond to help fellow colleagues. The projects are usually challenging. Management attempts to keep things fresh and is open to new ideas. Company hires mostly new grads and it's a pretty good environment for entry-level.
Cons
Project estimates and specifications are sometimes too rough or unclear. Company refuses to invest in updating older aspects of software which causes a lot of pain. Software is vast so the learning curve is incredibly steep. Group managers are sometimes too busy. Company bends over backwards for customers, which impacts employees pretty harshly at times.

Pros
FeneTech is a great place to work and the atmosphere is fantastic. I've been with a few other companies and none of those compare to FeneTech. We work with customers a lot in my department, so that is a nice change of pace for the standard software company workplace. Support is a large part of the company strategy and making the customers happy is always a top priority. There is a lot to do like there is everywhere else so there can be large workloads, but tasks are always challenging and not typically repetitive. This makes work exciting and not monotonous on a daily basis.
Cons
Some long work days and hours. Some travel that comes in large chunks.
