Pros
Enjoyed the majority of my coworkers. Useful training program that promotes understanding all of the operations of the company.
Cons
Lots of lay-offs. "Promotions" in job title only--marginal, if any, salary increase. Management would require working at stores throughout the state without significant notice; my car was in the shop and I was required to work an hour and a half from my normal location, without rental car/mileage reimbursement!
