Pros

Good People. Lots of resources. Management seems to be headed in the right direction

Cons

Misrepresented style and duration of "training" period. Was terminated for being 30 seconds (this is no joke) late.

Pros

Decent benefits, mid-level management cares about their employees.

Cons

Upper level management pressures trickle down, employee burnout likely. The better you are at your job, the more demands that are placed upon you and rationalized as "growing pains" for the dept.
