Pros

Training program will teach you a lot about the industry. Good benefits. You'll lose weight working in the warehouse or on the counter!

Cons

Long hours 60+ a week. The company expects you to move all over the place just to get promotions. Lazy, constantly changing management. Outside sales reps and branch managers reap the benefits of everyone hard work, and just point fingers and pass the blame. Branches are under staffed. Massive international company, your just a number, or a scapegoat.
