Pros

Ferguson was a good place to work right out of undergrad because they offered a training program that helped me gain necessary experience entering a the real world of work.

Cons

Currently the economy is down and this is hurting employee morale and motivation. Employees benefits and bonuses are being hurt by a weak housing economy.
