      Pros

      Diverse and stable company, good benefits, good culture. Decent opportunities for career growth if you’re flexible and play your cards right. Fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      Long hours, constantly understaffed. Not all employees are held to the same set of standards - the harder you work and more motivated you are, the more you’ll be expected to do (without addition compensation or a bonus). Very few training opportunities. Difficult to grow income unless your manager allows you to work a lot of OT.

      Good benefits, adequate pay, annual bonuses (if you're salaried)

      Cons

      Impossible to get promoted unless you're in the right clique. Treats their employees as numbers. HR doesn't help employees and only regurgitates basic information easily found on their intranet when asked questions or presented with concerns. The company encourages employees to branch out and try other roles, but if the new role isn't a perfect fit, they resort to terminating the employee instead of allowing them to move back to their old role.

      There are plenty of cons, management is pathetic, bunch of egotistical morons that treat people rudely,they have no respect for their workers, 10 billion in sales a year and they cut out free coffee and bagels on friday
