Pros

You'll learn a trade, Most Ferguson locations are customer group oriented, based upon specific trade groups. You'll meet and grow your network greatly. Lots of room for OT. Bonuses. Great group around you whether at your branch or the next. Patient team, very solid management if you're in the right trade group. Amazing vacation accrual. Great place for a young person to build a career.

Cons

Long work hours, 9 hour minimum days. Work life balance can be non existent depending on your team size. Learning an entire trade can be daunting. You will make a lot of mistakes for the first year or two.
