Pros

Decent pay & benefits. Some remote options available. Opportunity to participate in employee stock purchase plans. Parental Leave. Get to work on big projects in the right department. Working here can open a lot of doors for you within the industries Ferguson touches.

Cons

Ferguson is complex to adjust to if you are new to the B2B trade supply industry. It can take some time to wrap your head around all the business groups, customer groups, the "who's and what's" from project to project, etc. Not on the bleeding edge of marketing or online presence - the company is fairly old school and slow to change. I imagine your experience will vary drastically from team to team, as it feels like there many business silos that operate within their own scope of responsibility.

Pros

The health coverage is great.

Cons

Don't get paid comparable to workload, there is nowhere to grow so you're going to be stuck where you are. The managers are not supportive and like to keep you where you are. No adequate training or communication
