Pros
If you’re into working on your own (sometimes with others depending on the given task) and outside in a structured environment then you couldn’t have found a better place . The majority of everyone there is approachable and easy to talk to including the “Big wigs”. If you need help, anyone on the counter can point you in the right direction and will show you how to find what you need on your own. If you’re in the yard, Mr. Rojas will have your back as long as you’re doing your job.
Cons
Hours fluctuate even if production needs to be met. One manager will take your time from you and put it on your next check if you are “over your hours”. Inappropriate jokes concerning ethnicity and race will float around the warehouse from a specific manager. If you’re actually hired on to the company there is favoritism between individuals. One coworker received paid time off with out having the proper hours to spare on multiple occasions. May be instructed to do tasks in unsafe weather (I.E. ice and sleet). May also be “ghosted”during hiring process.
