Pros

You will almost always have job security

Cons

If you show you're competent, you'll get more and more responsibility with no pay raise or bump in job title.

Pros

Able to work remotely other than that there are no other pros for this horrible company.

Cons

Managers like to mircomanage people. They will watch what you doing every day and ready to discipline you for it. They do not allow overtime there. You have to be at exactly 40 hours per week. You can’t even have 0.82 overtime, you will get in trouble. They want you to enter 225 invoices per day in addition to the push goals they give you every day. It could be 75 push goals which means you have to enter 75 more invoices in addition to the 225. The pay is very low for the amount of work that they give you. With the quantity of invoices they ask you to enter you physically have to look at your screen straight for 8 hours; which is not very healthy for your eyes. I started getting very sick due to that. They look at the hours that you are working, and if you take a pause besides your normal break you get in trouble for it. This was a very unhealthy place for me to work. Poor training. They don’t teach you everything but the managers expect you to know everything.

Pros

The benefits are great, and there is potential for growth if you follow the right people.

Cons

Management is extremely toxic. There’s a bunch of nepotism and “good boys club” behavior in management, more specifically in the FFS division. They push workloads of 4 people on 1 person and if you’re good at your job, you get rewarded with more work. They pacify the low performers and punish the high ones. The renovations division is like being in high school again.
