Pros

Ferguson has an expansive footprint and there is opportunity especially if you are willing to relocate. Benefits are good priced.

Cons

Low pay even for the industry. 401k is bad. Incompetence runs rampant Must be on east coast in order to ascend Senior leaders are not very competent Pushes Ferguson kool-aid heavy to make up for taking advantage of employees. District and regional managers struggle with basically accounting and most lack the ability to actually read a financial statement. Credit department is actually ran by sales managers since they decide your pay…so it’s going to be low. West Coast is disfunctional. Toxic management at local levels and in Newport News.
