Pros

The company as a whole has a lot of branches and locations where transfers are doable and easy if moving is in your future. The company is know for hiring from within which gives you opportunities to grow your career.

Cons

The district i worked for in Michigan was severely micromanaged in almost all departments, good associates who were hard workers were let go or reprimanded for ridiculous reasons. Some managers were put in positions because they were friends with the big boss not because they were most qualified. The good ole boys club in this district was very suffocating.

Pros

Discounts. No other pros that I can think of.

Cons

Their idea of training for an inside sales position is to send a person to work at a branch with no to little training. There is a lot to learn and the other employees at the branch have little time to train you.
