Pros

It mainly depends on where you get hired on. Some places have a great culture and leadership.

Cons

Where to start, 4 years had 2 pay cuts and 2 promotions that do not add up to what I originally signed on to Ferguson. No cost of living adjustments. No raise, or less than $1 raises every year. There is very little training and development opportunities unless you are willing to move or as I said in the pros above, getting into a good location/logon. They ARE NOT all the same. Turn over rate is Very High, due to incompetent or nonexistent leadership, inability to take care of core or veteran employees and leadership so everybody leaves the company or logon.

Pros

Monday-Friday schedule is the only pro.

Cons

Everything else. Their expectations of everyone reaching productivity goals are unrealistic. No one ever gets bonuses because of that reason! No from your grow.
