Pros

Given a good amount of freedom while in training and the trainers are all very nice and work with you on an individual level.

Cons

The position I was “training” for was actually 3 promotions away from training. You don’t actually make commission for at the very least the first 2 years. The culture largely revolves around doing things the same way they’ve always been done when the majority of the company runs extremely inefficiently. They make you think in training that you have a voice but if you actually speak up about anything After training you’re quickly put down by upper management.
