Pros

Compensation and bonus. My peers were great to work with.

Cons

Senior Management, horrible benefits, hours, no training or advancement if you are not male. This company allows sexual harassment and harassment of associates and does nothing but move people around to solve problems. Most managers will stab you in the back.

Pros

Pay. Pay pay pay. Compare this training program with some of the other large post grad programs (i.e. Enterprise Rent A Car) the biggest difference comes every two weeks in a nice little envelope. The Compensation is phenomenally high compared to most entry level positions. Lots of opportunity for advancement, in relatively short timeframes. (As with most training programs) Very relaxed work atmosphere.

Cons

The hours. Especially when you are in the first phase of training and stuck in the warehouse picking orders and loading trucks. You're expected to be there by 8am and sometimes don't leave until well after 9. I averaged around 57 hours a week during my time in the warehouse.

Pros

They have a pretty good training programbut once that is over you have to bend over backwards for very little recognition. The pay starts off well but unless you get comission and are an awesome sales person the pay seriously flatlines.

Cons

Work to live ratio is a joke 10-11 hours is a MINIMUM day. I work 12 to 14 for nearly a year during my 5 year tenure. My family life was a joke, with the commute I left before my wife woke up and got home betweent 7 and 8 pm. Finally had to leave.
