Company does not embrace diversity. Does not embrace new ideas unless coming from leadership. The entire team is overloaded with work which causes eveyone to be stressed and tensed. The team has a very high turnover. Mgmt is Very Cliquish . Mgmt talks about employees behind there back to other employees they are friends with. You need to kiss $$$ They will lie about pay Gives worthless promotions which = to more work and no pay increase. They will find a way to blame you for not getting the increase. I stayed there too long because of complacency . Do not be like me If you work here, Good Luck. You have been warned.
