Unfortunately, individuals may experience prolonged suffering or premature departure from the organization before steps are taken to rectify the toxic environment and hold responsible parties accountable. Additionally, it's worth noting that salary equity is an issue at Ferguson, as evidenced by personal experiences where a male colleague, despite having less experience and tenure with the company and performing fewer responsibilities, was compensated more. This disparity highlights an area of concern that merits attention and rectification.
