Since Ferguson Ent bought out the company I work for some five years ago,they have driven us over the cliff. They have run all of our contractors off and terminated or cut staff to the point we can no longer function properly. But Mr.Murphy, the CEO keeps buying companies all over and telling us on the Pipeline how great a company we have .total bs.. This place is a joke. Wouldn't recommend a job here to my worst enemy...

-Never a dull moment, lots of exposure to different people (customers, managers, associates). They will build you from the ground up to be a well rounded associate. Just come with an open mind and understand the demands of the industry. Management is approachable, reasonable and will reward hard work/transparency.

Cons

-tons of/arguably too much overtime in the right places -Trainees often times wont want to hop on equipment and help. Dont be “above that”
