Pros

Decent benefits, plenty of challenges, fairly flexible scheulde, time off is better than average (provided you negotiate your vacation and don't accept the typical vacation accrual).

Cons

The manager who hired me was fantastic and then he retired. Management brought someone in who knew absolutely nothing. Now, we are micromanaged and controlled through fear, intimidation and threats. Knowledge and experience mean nothing to Ferguson. It is a clique and if you don't know the right people, you won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

Pros

hmmmm - the best reason to work here is that you get daily coffee and free t-shirts on race day and sometimes BBQ if you can get out the door

Cons

low pay - the check seems ok butwhen you didvide it by the hours it is less per hour than a fast food managers income. do nothing management - they meet, act like things are changing, start new initiatives, but its always the same ol every day - onemanager has not really done anything since i have been here - hes a nice guy, but really?
