      There truly is not one positive thing I can say about this experience

      Where do I start I never experienced racism until I worked here. The Department Manager thought it was an excellent idea to gather a group of individuals together and have an exercise where they could pick each others character and flaws apart.

      Where to start. You’re essentially hired to supplement a reduction of workforce and will be highly expendable in the coming years. All the sales trainee program is is a rotation of roles from warehouse associate where you will be for 3 months, 6 months of counter representative (think of grocery store check out clerk) then 3 months sales support rep and 3 months customer account representative. Not a lot of guidance throughout the program from direct management nor do they know or probably care.
