Get as much pay as you possibly can when you start. Cost of living increase is the only raise you will see (under 40 cents a year). Great opportunity for growth in the company, but only if you want to transfer out of State. If they like you in a position, you will never leave that position unless you transfer out of State. I was hired on as Inside Sales I and I worked the counter and warehouse for 9 months with no explanation. I got an incentive bonus on one check and they took it away without telling me on my next check. Found out later it was an error. Gotta love corporate!
