Lower pay scale than industry standards. Poor management training at the store level. Lack of communication. Abusive management in some locations. Promotions are dependent on your relationship with the management doing the promotion, not necessarily on your skill, education or qualification level. Paid leave time is great after you have been there long enough.

FEI does a good job of advancing the careers of dedicated associates. I’d like to see more dedicated females holding Mechanical, Indstrial Outside positions. Sales Managers and Area Mangers to be more specific. We are doing a great job of moving in the right direction.
