Pros

Monthly bonuses if you hit at least 50k a month. Good luck! 401 k matched 100% "Perks" from industry execs (outings, concerts, gifts, contest)

Cons

Pay. No work life balance. Work all Saturdays. Majority doesn't get 2 consecutive days off. A lot of wasting time with customers who will just buy online or give it to their plumber to bid.

Pros

Going home at the end of the day.

Cons

- Being timed for using the restroom. - Outdated equipment. - Lack of leadership - Lack of coverage. - Very much a call center. - Poor/dangerous facility grounds. In the year I've been here, there has been two active shooters reported on the campus. Break ins are somewhat common in the parking area. You will be absolutely exhausted at the end of the workday supporting many systems with very little coverage, poor performers, and lack of guidance. If that's not enough, Ferguson severely underpays its employees even compared to lesser support positions. If you have an opportunity elsewhere, please consider your options. This place is the very definition of overworked/underpaid.
