Pros

People and opportunity. Ability to progress within company due to many locations and positions. I felt they treated their employees well.

Cons

Not a lot of options for non-sales types. Most paths for growth are through sales. Most trainees move to outside sales or branch management. If you sell well, more opportunities can come your way.

Pros

Very focused on employee development and providing the opportunity and feedback for personal growth. Promotes from within.

Cons

Slow communication can lead to assumptions and flip flopped decisions at various levels. This has been a focal point of improvement for the company and has drastically improved in recent years and is not something I would consider an issue any longer.
