Pros
One of the things I liked about working here was the benefits. While vacation maxes out at four weeks, the company also offered paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401k, long term and short term disability insurance as well as health insurance.
Cons
The company took inventory twice a year. All employees were expected to participate. This was not optional. Many times the outside sales people would get "emergency" calls from customers that warranted their immediate attention.
