Colleagues were helpful towards each other. They succeeded if you succeeded. The people I worked with appreciated their jobs and did not take it for granted. I worked in the waterworks department managing several projects at the same time. It can be stressful at times, but the reward is when the projects are done and you can put that job folder away knowing you helped contribute to this or that's construction. I was lucky to have so many knowledgeable colleagues help me learn along the way. There is an internal website for the employees to take advantage of all the corporate discounts available. Promotions from within are possible and given to those who truly deserve it.
