Pros

Great employee benefits for 401k, medical, dental, vision, and being paid with the average cost of living for Dallas.

Cons

To put it plainly, it's like working at an even more depressing NAPA Auto Parts. Poor communication, limited care for employees, and low room for improvement under 4 years. You don't see any of the bonus you break your back for. It all goes to management who walks around and has three meetins a week.

Pros

You have to get work early around 7AM which is nice because you miss all of the traditional traffic. You are also guaranteed 50 hours a week hourly, which 10 of those is 1.5x pay.

Cons

Hard to have a personal life outside of work.
