      Unlimited overtime & job security

      Cons

      Work life balance is non existant. You easily can work 10 hours a day and never get caught up. You work as a sales rep but dont get the benefits of being in sales. Your outside sales reps do. They usually dont work as hard since the inside sales team does all the work for them. It's also very hard to get a decent raise or promotion if your not in the inner circle. You work everyday feeling like you are taken advantage of because you are.

      Good for recent college grads - not for seasones sales professionals

      Pros

      -Days go by quickly because you are on the phone all day -Learn a cool product and build local rapport with clientele -OT opportunities -For college grads, great place to start a career to grow into management but will be a long time before you get promoted.

      Cons

      -Long hours -No Commission -3 days a week in the office for a job that can be completely done remotely -Pressure from managrement to "stay blue" and answer call after call whether you sell anything or not lol

      Pros

      Company seemed committed to keeping employees by handing out a lot of surprise bonuses during covid. Management for the most part was easy to work with when anyone had issues. They like to promote from within so most managers were previous drivers who understood how to fix day to day issues the drivers might have.

      Cons

      Often you could be left with way more work than expected due to bad information from the sales people who set up the delivery.
