Pros

The workload gives employees a lot of hours, ergo better paychecks, and if you organize your day right and keep yourself busy, it goes by quite fast. The hours go from 10:30 until the trucks are loaded with the orders, which will be until 9:30 on an average day. Upper management are some of the most dedicated and/or knowledgeable people you will meet, and are great teachers for the job.

Cons

If you dive into the community at the warehouse associate level, you will learn that cheating the system is not hard, and comes with no repercussions. The lower management treats almost everyone underneath them like delinquent five year olds, so you will learn to be condescended. Be wary of who you go to for help, no one is responsible for teaching you to do things the right way except for you. Again, keep your head to your work if you enjoy it.
