Pros

Good coworkers (management is a different story), plenty of relocation opportunities, decent starting salary, good benefits. Good job security under normal market conditions.

Cons

Too many Chiefs, not enough Indians. The management ranks have grown exponentially over the last couple of years, but very little has been done to fortify the front lines. Not enough focus on the customer. Company is trying to re-invent the wheel with their new business model instead of keeping it simple. Most managers have to find reasons to justify their new positions. Long hours for mediocre pay - it takes an act of congress to get a worthwhile raise. 401(k) match is weak, stock purchasing plan not based on the American dollar. Out-dated technology, although there are newer systems coming in the future.

Pros

Some of the greatest people I have ever worked with. Day-to-day business is challenging but rewarding. Pay is excellent and training staff are always available to help.

Cons

Infrastructure is vast and confusing. They claim their people are their most valuable assets, but it is easy to become lost in the hierarchy of upper-management.

Pros

Great company with good people. Promote from within. Good benefits. Constantly growing and looking to the future. Great training program and start from the ground up mentality.

Cons

50 hour work week minimum (usually more), sales company so you have to be willing to work in sales at some point, no work-life balance, blue collar industry means you're never really "off the clock"
