Pros

A lot of great people there, enjoyed my coworkers a lot. Fast paced environment, but nothing too unsual

Cons

Management is shady. Was promised a bonus which never happened, and all salaries must be negotiated to the max before starting because raises don't happen. Thankfully I negotiated well, but when I quit I found I was paid more than several that had been there for years. Also, they negotiate a salary first, and then let you know that they do 5 10 hour days a week, not the typical 5x8. Fast move that started me on the wrong foot.
