Pros

- great family atmosphere - lots of responsibility from day one - pick the right division! Mature groups will be harder to move up in - decent pay( 10 hour work day, this however seems average) - industry leader - good manager will give you direction

Cons

- most locations are not ideal - VERY poor tuition reimbursement program compared to other multi-billion dollar companies - outdated software on both the front and back end - if you don't have a manager career path is unclear

Pros

Decent pay, consistent hours. Large company with plenty of ways to move up or move out.

Cons

Most employees make this place their life. If you don't start in the trainee program its harder to move up. College education isn't as value as in other companies
