Good Company, struggling to grow

Pros

Seems to be room to move up, if you're in the right place at the right time. You also have to work on your brown-nosing, it seems.

Cons

Workload too much for the pay, and not enough time in a day to get it all done, which is ordinary for this type of work, I suppose.

Pros

It's a relatively fun atmosphere and you get ten hours of overtime per week.

Cons

You're going to need that overtime because it is like an act of congress to get a raise. I was given a promotion and instead of getting a raise I was told that since I would now be working 50 hour weeks that I would be making this much more. Hectic, under staffed Summers.
