Pros

Lots of technologies that you might use briefly. All the bad ones, implemented poorly, live on forever; the good ones go to die on the shelf. They joke about it! It's really sad, but the sales guys love it. Outside software sales that is. And the managers get taken out for lunch a lot too.

Cons

Management is thick and deep, and thick as a brick. They don't mind spending money ($Ms) on software, but not on their people. And don't be fooled by the headquarters bldg on Jefferson; All the Geeks work in an old dept store on Warwick that is more akin to the catacombs, complete with beggars and thieves (seriously!) with HVAC (!!! They sell what?) and black mold issues to round it out. This is not how to learn IT, implement IT or treat IT folks.

Pros

I can not think of any positives, the company does not value their employees at all. Pay is awful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

No room for growth, lots of gossip, managers have favorites, no training, people seem unhappy, terrible pay, terrible HQ location
