Pros

The pay is decent. The team is pretty good at explaining what to do- typically after a mistake happens.

Cons

If you have to stay in a hospital for a few days, expect to be terminated even after management is made aware of what is going on. If you're denied a day off and the warehouse manager knows why you're out, expect to still get marked as a "no call, no show." Not to mention, this same person has gotten mad at other staff for giving priority to their families instead of work.

Pros

Good training program, good health benefits and 401k match.

Cons

Required 50+ hr work week and Saturdays, not a lot of opportunities for upward growth unless you bring zero individuality to work and brown nose. Titles are given in place of pay increase. Toxic culture, very little racial/ethnic diversity.

Absolutely positively nothing at this point !

Cons

Claim to ve a family oriented transparent company when they are actually the exact opposite. Management sucks. They are buying and spending money on new stores claiming to be hurting for money and lay people off. Upper management are liers and make job 10 times more stressful than it should be.
