Pros

Product knowledge is good. You learn a lot. People are great. The field trips are good too. Product that is sold is great.

Cons

You hourly gets cut back when you get put on commission. Which is not explained when you are hired. When hired on hourly and expect commission, expect to be cut a few dollars. You probably break even when you get on commission or making less. Everyone needs to be aware of this if you're getting no hired for sales. It can be a great career but you pretty much have to live there.
