Pros

Job security is there. Benefits are okay. Employer matched 401k. Young work force which makes work environment a little better.

Cons

Long hours. Very corporately structured. Not much room for advancing unless you are willing to relocate. Lots of turnover. A lot of good people left to work for companies where they are appreciated.

Pros

Good benefits and a flexible work schedule (sometimes)

Cons

Poor communication between management and associates. Most of the management would throw you under the bus if need to. Manager had no ethics or any real training in management it felt. Didn't know how to talk to associates. Felt very much like high school. So if you feel like living a real life soap opera with minimal pay, go right ahead!
