Pros

Great people great environment. Love the customers and the atmosphere. Lots of knowledge to be learned from Ferguson and customers alike

Cons

Long hours, not enough training. Online tutorials aren't supervised, links don't work, no feedback from management on progress or constructive criticism. Bare minimum direction from anyone

Pros

Excellent benefits and corporate funded tools at your finger tips. They really offer lot for free if you pay attention. Sales positions are also very rewarding and you certainly see more rewards for as hard as you work.

Cons

As a salesman, it can be time consuming to manage pricing in all accounts. As well, working with the variety of manufacturers and their different pricing structures is also inefficient. From a training and management standpoint, Ferguson offers a lot.

Pros

Great company, great staff. Loved my time here. The training program they offer is definitely another plus of this company!

Cons

Not many negative things to say. The headquarters itself in Newport News isn't the greatest place, but the culture and staff make it worthwhile.
