Pros

Benefits are good, fun and laid back atmosphere, great co-workers, yearly raises can be very nice, training program is challenging but well worth the skills you obtain.

Cons

Ferguson promotes a work life balance but then requires a 50 hour work week with monthly Saturday work and inventory weekends twice a year. Also, depending on the branch, it can be difficult (as a woman) working with so many men in such a manly industry (comments, sexism). Promotions and advancement takes a lot of time for the majority of people. Yearly raises are so low it doesn't make a difference.

Pros

great work environment, love the opportunities. I'm in a training program where I'm on a fast track to outside sales.

Cons

Not really any cons, I love where I work. It's a great work environment. I love it and the people are great.
