Some very good people in the organisation. Many changes made to the organisation were needed and have been effectively executed.

Cons

Decisions not always made for objective reasons by senior management. Demotivating managers in certain areas whose behaviour appears to go unaccounted for. Some parts of the business were retained for too long when they were not contributing.

Very results-driven. Your opportunity is determined by the amount of work and dedication you put into the role. Very much a relationship business with the customers.

Cons

Very structured organization. Recession drew them back quite a bit, but business is much improved, and they are in much better shape to capitalize on the improved economy
