Pros

Good benefits, 401k matching, cool leadership opportunities if you are part of the trainee program

Cons

The culture in my particular office was pretty toxic. Mandatory 10 hour days (6am-5pm) and occasional Saturday shifts.

Pros

Very results-driven. Your opportunity is determined by the amount of work and dedication you put into the role. Very much a relationship business with the customers.

Cons

Very structured organization. Recession drew them back quite a bit, but business is much improved, and they are in much better shape to capitalize on the improved economy
